and participants view them when they can

• question-and-answer sessions
• supplementary live demos
• community building activities
3. 90 minute morning plenary for Q&A with people in
Europe and the Americas
4. 90 minute evening plenary for people from Asia and
Australia.
5. The plenaries are recorded and posted so that those
on a different time zone can watch them later.
6. Zoom has a simultaneous translation function that can
accommodate multiple languages at the same time.
7. Practice sessions can be done on local time with local
Affiliates or resource persons in local languages.
